Experienced Tampa criminal defense lawyer with nearly three decades of experience representing clients in both Florida state and federal courts. As a former state prosecutor, Mr. Touger has handled some of the most serious criminal cases prosecuted in Florida, including homicide, violent crimes, and capital sexual battery matters.

After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Mr. Hrdlicka began his legal career as a prosecutor, where he handled cases ranging from DUI offenses to first-degree murder prosecutions.

Born and raised in Tampa to Cuban immigrant parents, Adrian Torna understands the importance of hard work, family, and perseverance. Those values have shaped both his life and his approach to criminal defense. Having personally witnessed the stress and uncertainty that criminal investigations and prosecutions can place on individuals and families, Adrian understands that his clients are often facing some of the most difficult and consequential moments of their lives.
Adrian earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law before beginning his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, he handled a broad range of misdemeanor and felony cases from investigation through trial, gaining firsthand insight into how the State investigates cases, makes charging decisions, negotiates resolutions, and prepares for trial. Today, Adrian uses that prosecutorial perspective to anticipate the State’s strategies and develop thoughtful, effective defenses for his clients.
Since entering private practice, Adrian has dedicated himself to defending individuals accused of crimes at every stage of the criminal process. His experience includes pre-charge representation, complex evidentiary hearings, negotiations, and jury trials. He has represented clients facing allegations ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including business owners accused of white-collar offenses and individuals facing significant criminal charges.
Adrian has litigated cases and appeared in courtrooms throughout Central and West Florida, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Sumter, Polk, Manatee, and Marion Counties. This experience has given him a practical understanding of the procedures, personnel, and unique dynamics of different jurisdictions across the region.
A native Spanish speaker, Adrian is fluent in both English and Spanish and is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, informed, and fully represented.
